Verified Purchase
There is no thermostat. Impossible to maintain a steady heat after the initial fry. It's a one or two use fryer. After that the oil will heat up to o er 400 and it takes forever to cool I've tried three different times to keep it at 375. Every time it eventually got over 425. Buy one with a thermostat
