I need a LOT of arch support and these provide the support I need. The quality seems to be good; however, I wouldn't say outstanding. I read many reviews complaining about the sizes being "wrong" - that is, the reviewers bought a size they normally choose when buying shoes and said the slippers didn't fit. I bought the size I usually select and the fit was fine.

I ordered the same slipper 5-6 years ago, but it seems like they changed something. The back of the slipper was chained slightly, but that wasn't a big deal. However, it was something with the arch that when I put the slipper on, it was actually painful for me. Unfortunately, I had to return them. BTW - I bought the same style and size as the ones that are now worn out.
