I was looking for a good pair of kitchen scissors, and these aren't the real deal. Heavy duty super sharp, handles are sturdy. They cut through a chicken in no time at all. i highly recommend!

After the scissors that came with my knife set (Cuisin…), met an untimely demise, namely cutting off more than it could chew, I needed to explore other options. Actually, the wife made me explore options, but that's beside the point, or the blade-? Either way, we both wanted and needed a new pair of kitchen scissors. I did what many of us do and scrolled and scrolled some more. And then these caught my eye. I had previously heard (or read) positive things about Japanese cutlery. So I figured “why not?” Fast forward to receiving, opening, and using these scissors and WOW, game changer. They are simply awesome. We've used them to cut through meat, vegetables, etc. Not one problem for these mighty shears (so far at least). We love them. I guarantee you will too.
