Nice Material, bad stitching (threading)

I ordered a size 2XL. The tag says 2XL, but the packages says "XL". I tried them on and the length of the legs were great! Just below the ankle bone. Tugged up a tad to ruche them around the ankle. I did try to wear them. But with no luck. It's not the tightness, its the stitching popping. Bad threading! I didn't want to stress them more.
