This Gazebo is made of very good quality fabric that is also very durable. The netting seemed to get holes in it very quickly, even though it was really never touched. Luckily we were able to put self sticking clear tape on either side of the small hole to stop itfrom spreading and becoming any bigger. The dimensions may be 12'x10'' on paper, however, it feels much roomier than that. The design is very nice and allows the option of keeping the included curtains open or closed while having them mosquito netting closed at all times. The drips on the sides are held on by clips that are not very strong, but are easily replaced. I suggest that you have the Gazebo anchored into your patio, pool, deck, or concrete slab, or even in the ground for extra sturdiness. There is a vent at the top that is completely knitted to keep bugs out, however, there is a hook to allow for a solar light fixture to be attached at the top your. gazebo for light inside. My Gazebo is anchored into a paver patio and underneath I have a 6‘ x 6‘ hot tub, two cushioned chairs, a sm glass top table, and a towel rack and there is still plenty of room to move around inside. The zippers to open and close the outer walls/drapes as well as a mosquito netting layer are easy to open and close and are good quality. The privacy provided is excellent. We lost our last Gazebo in a hurricane and wanted to be sure to find the best quality we could at an affordable price and I feel that we have done that. The colors are beautiful. One comment I would make when assembling the fabric walls/drapes is to be sure that you wrap them around the outside of the legs of the gazebo and not on the inside. If they are hanging on the inside of the legs of the gazebo, there is too much slack, and they are not tight enough to form walls, and this allows bugs to come in. I would highly suggest this purchase. We did also buy the inexpensive extra 2 yr %23Warranty. Since we live in Florida, and it's inevitable that we will be experiencing more hurricanes or tropical storms in the years to come.
