I bought this after using one of the first bed in the box's since 2016. I am THRILLED! All the bad reviews you see, I did not experience. The bed expanded fully within 48 hours. There is tool to open the plastic! We didn't find it until after, but no matter. We love sleeping on this mattress. It's so supportive and firm while also being soft to lay on. Great for heavier people, as we both are! The foam layer is amazing! I am a side sleeper and I don't have to move all night. I do have disc issues and scoliosis along with Multiple Sclerosis so it was nice to find a mattress that that is comfy yet firm for me. We don't even have to use a box frame underneath and we have a slated metal bed frame. You could use one if needed but the sides are super supported so you don't have to really worry about it falling in between.

I've ever slept so good. I think I'll be switching from tempurpedic to a more firmer bed ..let me also preface with that I'm an insomniac so I really cannot praise this bed anymore. I bought it for ny parents while I stayed there temporary while moving. I wish they sold it in a king. I'm thinking of taking the bed and buying them a replacement.
