Came without 2 legs and seller won't respond

Two of the 4 chairs arrived without front legs. I have now sent 3 messages, over the course of over 2 weeks, to get the seller to send me 2 legs. Zero response. I have now asked for a refund. I doubt I will get a response, and will have to contest it with my credit card company. AVOID this seller!
