Good in theory, but absolutely useless.

My son saw the paw patrol guys and immediately wanted it, I liked the line running through the rod and not catching on guides. My son casts and uses the Shakespeare Spiderman style rods no problem, after watching him struggle to even cast this I thought I'd help out... Impossible. It's like fishing with a broom stick, you can't feel a fish bite, can't fight the fish, and casting it is atrocious. For a rod meant for kids, this thing is horrible. Neither my son or daughter will even pick this thing up, we all despise it.

PawPatrolNeedsToStayAtWallyWorld

It has a great concept. However my 4 year old who is around fishing- seemed to tangle this product and deem it only a piece of junk within 3 days of owning. I do not recommend this product to friends or family. It may serve as a great 2 year olds toy to learn how to fish...but otherwise, waste of money.
