Only down is 3/5 as a gift. This game is pure horror. Absolutely terrifying. Luv it! Same as old REs but with new story. Very tedious and a watchful eye are needed for this scare fest. Reason for gift: kids. This should be at an M rating and it is for good reason. Like the past REs it delivers. But just creaks and cracks and plus high max freight altogether make this a must buy.
