After considering the SuperBOX for months, I, while still skeptical, took a leap of faith and bought one. Fingers crossed! Wood knocked! Soon after opening the box, my skepticism, while stubbornly held, found itself being directly challenged by how quickly the SuperBOX was up and running — just over 10 minutes. Couple that with the depth and breath of the TV and movie content I was introduced to, all so neatly bundled together in a single place for a one-time purchase. When putting my ear up to my credit card as if it were a seashell, I could hear the long-line of pricey subscriptions starting to whine. Moving on, the picture quality is hands-down HD , and navigating the SuperBOX content options is simple and intuitive, thus making the learning curve for new users so flat, it’s practically horizontal. Given all of this newfound information, my skepticism was starting to wobble. And while fighting off the wobbles, I was not ready for what happened next. I ran into an IT issue. It was a bit of a head scratcher, so I called the company, Honey World, and told them what was going on. In short order, one of their onsite experts named Alex called me. Using FaceTime on my phone, I was able to share what was happening on my television screen. Based on what he saw, he swiftly and clearly diagnosed the issue, and then helped me to resolve it. Easy peasy. At this point, I had to face facts. I just endured a customer service call that included the following: - expedited response time - readily available expertise - people cordial beyond recognition - produced the desired result! Sadly, with so many positive things occurring one after the other, my SuperBOX skepticism crumpled to the living room floor, defeated and unable to get up. So skeptics beware. Do not buy a SuperBOX if you want to hold onto that well-earned skepticism. Do buy it if you want to have the best collection of on-demand, HD-quality movies and TV series, along with over 2,000 channels of live television and sports programming. I do me. You do you.
