Sakkas Spring Maiden Ombre Peasant Dress - Blue - One Size

I ordered this blue sundress because the first one I bought was so good- this blue sundress was not the same the white elastic around the neck was sewed on showing the white elastic when you wear the dress- terrible! I would like to return it for an original like I bought first where the elastic doesn???t show around the neckline because the dress is blue- looks like a child sewed the elastic around neckline because you only see white elastic showing - can I return please

5'1", Full bust 36", 32dd, 27-28" waist, 37" hips; Dress hits mid calfI love this dress so much I purchased another in purple. The yellow I have is bright and the ombre doesn't show much on it, whereas with the purple it's very obviously two colors. One armhole is perfect, the other is a bit off. I just wear a like colored or beige bra. I would expect almost anyone could wear this dress. The bust is very forgiving sizewise.Note: This dress is completely reversible. Aside from the tag, the back and front are the exact same.I washed in a mesh bag in a front load washer, then air dried. No color bleeding or shrinkage on the yellow (haven't yet washed the purple).
