I wasn't expecting much but this actually does help my dog. It is one of several useful tools in the battle with separation anxiety. I broke up one square into small pieces and placed them around the kitchen before I went out. My Bichon was noticeably calmer when I left and when I returned home. I also give her small pieces when I trim her nails and it helps with that as well.

Definitely worth it!

I was pleasantly surprised how well these work! My dogs both get very over-excited when guests come over. It takes a long time for them to wind down. We have started just giving them these 30 minutes before and they are still somewhat excited, but not jumping or barking like usual. They are still themselves but a calmer version (like they are day-to-day with just us at home). Definitely worth it!
