I'm going to include Glutathione in this review because the combination of L-Proline & Glutathione has improved my skintone. I'm 55, figure that if I eat right, exercise, etc. at least 80% of the time, I can make up for infractions 20% of the time. Swanson has been helping me stay healthy & youthful for some time. Anyone can make claims, but unless you try something & stick with it for at least a season, how will you know? My body uses up nutrients very quickly, & supplements prevent the daily wear & tear that ages the body inside & out. Both L-Proline & Glutathione have helped me maintain elasticity & adjust to environmental exposure.
