I do really likke the company. 3 things though. 1 ask customers if a signature or other option to recive item beforeshipping. Sometimes its hard to be here when fedex changes dates constantly. 2. Wish customer service had people in USA or worked during our hours. Takes so long to get something answered but they REALLY try hard to get back right away. Good thing im always up at 3am. This unit being brand new has 2 small issues. Cord gets real hot there sending a heaver one. The 3rd issue a new unit only works off old wifi n thats a problem for most maybe, but my unit Wifi isnt working at all. They said id have to return it to Walmart and i guess reorder??? Thats a huge problem for us to repackage try to return were old, but also i already started a loan for it so to return n try to start over would be so hard. There a good company though. I pray they understand that and they just swap it out because they said its brand new model and something might not have been set right. So far though i RECOMEND THEM especial if you dont have a lot of money, this company builds a nice product and good prices.
