just a little different than the photos but still lovely
Though the rug was more 'solid' black than I expected (close-up photos show a more variegated black, as if it's a little worn which I like), the rug is a great addition to our bedroom. It does have the banded variegation of black and off-black, though....Also, It holds its shape well so far (though it's been on the floor a week only), and seems nice and strong.

Super scratchy and darker than pictured
Wanted this for my bedroom, but it's so scratchy you really don't want to walk barefoot on it. It's also far darker than pictured (I got the light blue one, and it was more like teal colored). Other than that, nice quality, size, etc... Oh and also FYI, not good if you have cats. Since it's a natural fiber, they will shred that thing to pieces.
