These socks were just what I was looking for:Just below Mid calfCuteColorfulNot sweltering hot when you where themGreat Price - about $2/pair! !Haven't washed them yet - but I am sure they won't shrink (they are poly not cotton)Will add comment later if they turn out different.

Love these socks

These socks are just what I expected. If you like the argyle pattern, these are perfect; bright colors. I usually find that socks like these have so many threads inside that your toes can get caught in them when putting them on. These have way less of those threads, and are made really well. I would definitely buy these again.

I never thought I'd write a review about socks

That said, I have bought my fair share of socks that have literally fallen apart as they are worn. Basically, disposible socks. For the money these socks are great. I use them for work. Living in NYC I walk everywhere and they have held up nicely. I would recommend.
