versatile for grilling and cooking
My grill was fine, but small stuff kept falling through the grates and it got annoying real quick. I just wanted a flat surface to cook on without making a mess. Nothing fancy, just something that works. So I picked this up to fix that problem. It heats up pretty even and gives me a nice flat spot to cook on. I made burgers and fried rice on it, and both turned out pretty good. The nonstick part helps, so food did not stick much and cleanup was easier. The grease groove also helps keep things from getting too messy. There are a couple small downsides. It is a bit heavy, so moving it around can be a little awkward. Also you still need to clean it good or stuff can build up over time. Not hard, just takes a little effort. Overall, it does what I needed. It made grilling and cooking easier and less frustrating. Not perfect, but it works and gets the job done. I will keep using it.
