Love Carlson
This is my go-to vitamin D. I'm in my 40's and I've decided that I don't want to fry my skin in the Sun anymore so it becomes absolutely imperative to have acceptable levels of vit. D. I take this religiously everyday with my lunch and I STILL have a barely sufficient level of vit. D. I can't immagine going without it. I've been taking Carlson off and on for 10 years and will continue to do so.

IT IS GREAT!!
My cholesterol was elevated to a point where my dr wanted me to take vit.d3. I did some research on the ingredients finding vit.k2 is very effective in getting calcium absorbed into your bones. This is a vegetarian capsule that is small in size but the dosage is taking 2 daily. I don't always get enough sunlight so this has been great to help my deficiency of vit.d and the absorption.

Great D3/K2
I am a big fan of Carlson Labs and have used other products of theirs over the years. I saw this D3/K2 and decided to give it a try. It's great and easy to take. I only wish the price was slightly more affordable. Overall, a great product of a high quality.
