Damaged Table and No Follow-Up from Seller
I had high hopes for this table, but two parts arrived damaged, and another wasn't damaged at first, but the instructions and screws provided caused serious damage during assembly. The screws were too long and went straight through the panel, which shouldn't happen if everything is correct. I followed the seller's instructions exactly and sent detailed photos with the requested part numbers. I've followed up multiple times since then and have not received any response or resolution. At this point, it's not only about the damaged parts, it's the lack of communication and support, leaving me with a defective product and no resolution. If the seller reaches out and replaces the damaged parts, I'm happy to update this review. Until then, I wouldn't recommend purchasing.
