The shorts have become a new favorite. They're so comfortable. With the elastic waist, it doesn't feel tight around my waist. Please note that the drawstring doesn't actually function. It's just for looks. You can't adjust the tightness on the waist with them. Also, there's no front pockets which I sometimes try to look for. But the backpacks are nice. If you are in between size, I would say size down. I bought the small and the medium and the mediums were so big. And when I put my phone on the back pocket in the mediums, it would just pull my shorts down because of the weight of the phone. The link is perfect not too short, not too long. I'm a mom so I cannot wear short shorts anymore for reference. I am 5‘4“ and typically wear a size 4/6. These are going to be my spring and summer favorite. I'm seeing drawstring bottoms everywhere this spring.
