excited to use it everyday.

i just use the part for the tummy on the knees for less than 5 minutes and i could already feel it working. i can't afford a gym and too embarrassed to excercise in front of other people. these are excercises i can do with my physcal limitations. it is sturdy plastic? it is not rigid that snaps easily. the pads are comfortable enough. it has instructions and the excercises are easy enough. it is convienient to use every day. i am excited to use this. i need to lose weight and i believe this will help me reach my goals and rebuild my muscles at the same time.

This Pilates/ab board set is a yes for me. Everything came neatly packed and feels sturdy and well made. I like that it’s compact but still versatile, and it includes multiple attachments so you can switch up your workouts instead of doing the same thing over and over. It’s easy to store and will be a perfect fit for my collapsable home gym. I live in an apartment and don’t really have a lot of space so I like that it’s compact. Also it was easy to put together

Being 100% honest, I was not expecting much from this set up. I am happy to report that I was pleasantly surprised for many reasons! This item arrived so fast I almost caught whiplash, it was packaged neatly, arrived unscathed, seems to be very well built/great quality, and was very easy to assemble. The pamplet included gave a great description of the various modes it provides for exercising. They also included an extra battery for the timer and a tiny screw driver for unfastening the back plate to change it out. When I finished setting it up and broke everything down, it packed up smoothly, and slid right under my bed without any issues. I look forward to using this machine to try and lead a healthier lifestyle! ❤️ So if you want a compact gadget with options, this is definitely for you!
