I began eating cereal again, as an adult. While my 1st choice is chocolate, that flavor requires sugar %26 that's supposed to be reduced in my diet. I chose Cinnamon Cheerios as the cinnamon should slow down the sugar absorption and the crunch has me believing that I'll digest all those vitamins %26 minerals. One box lasts over 1 week--good value.

Superior Crunch and Fiber

You'll be doing a LOT of chewing with this cereal. It's very crunchy and cinnamony and delicious. I eat it as a snack without milk because milk softens up the crunch and ruins the beauty and purpose of the cereal. And the best part comes at the end of the box, when all the bits of dried oatmeal that have fallen out of the Os collect at the bottom. Heaven.

Just amount of sweet and crunch

I really like to eat cereal for snacks. This is the first time I bought this cereal and it really is good, it's not too sweet. And some cereals are so hard it can damage dental work. This is just the right amount of crunchy but at the same time it doesn't get soggy in the milk. So I will definitely be buying the cereal again.
