It's flannel, not super thick. It's a nice olive green. Very soft. It's about 4‘ x 5‘. It's not a big warm blanket, but it works for what I bought it for. I got it to put on furniture for my cat, but it's bigger than necessary and I've been laying it over my legs lately when it's chilly. It's very light, but it does make a big difference.
