Disappointed, white sections are not waffle.

Received this shower curtain and the white portions are supposed to be "Waffle". They are not, they are a flat fabric just like the aqua sections. The color is just what I wanted so I'm not returning it, I'll learn to live with it but I'm very disappointed.
