NOT as advertised

This shower curtain is not as advertised AT ALL, and it took a long time to COME TO to boot. I ordered a 66× 72 curtain, and I got a 60×72 blurred curtain. What was advertised was a cute, and witty curtain that was exceptional. In the advertismen the colors were vivid clear colors. Clear. What came was colors that were dull, and obcurred by such blurriness, that you could hardly make out the scene, which was to be a funny play on a cowboy being ambushed. I AM EXTREMELY DISPLEASED. WHERE WAS THIS DONE? WALMART DON'T SELL ANYMORE OF THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCTS, OR YOU WILL DAMAGE YOUR ONLINE BUSINESS. IT'S THAT BAD. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
