It has a hearty, robust honey flavor. I found it to be "not too sweet" but sweet enough to enjoy in tea and in cooking (as a syrup for homemade honey cake). It has maintained it's integrity and not crystalized or hardened since opening it a while ago. I am enjoying it and plan to buy more as needed.
