After using this pretty extensively, I can say my experience has been very positive, as long as you understand what this device is (and what it isn't). First, the speeds: Low speed is… fine, but underwhelming. I can see why someone might not be impressed if they only try it on low. High speed, however, is where this shines. On high, it has plenty of power for small messes and tight spaces. I used it on my computer (including taking the side panel off and getting into all the little nooks and crannies), keyboard, desk, window sill, refrigerator doors, kitchen drawers, and even around the base of the toilet. It handled dust, crumbs, and even cat hair in the window sill with no problem, and honestly, that alone earns points from me. Battery life matches the claims. On high, I got right around 20–24 minutes, with the extra time coming from initially testing it on low. Charging was actually faster than advertised. Mine hit 100% in about 2 hours, not 2.5. The LED screen is excellent; it clearly shows battery level so there's no surprise “dead battery” moment halfway through a job. The attachments are a big plus, not a negative. They let you reach places you simply can't with a normal vacuum, and I just store them in the original box under the counter when I'm done. One important note: this is not a replacement for a full-size household vacuum or a shop vac. If you compare it to those, you'll be disappointed. But if you treat it as what it's meant to be, a small, portable, convenient tool for quick cleanups and hard-to-reach areas, it's excellent. On the blower side, using the pointed nozzle works just as well as canned air for cleaning a keyboard, and that's a big deal considering how expensive canned air has become. A few cans of compressed air and this thing pays for itself. Bottom line: understand its purpose, use it on high when you need real power, and it's a fantastic little tool. Five stars from me.
