Helped lower my blood pressure. My blood pressure was high (158/90) at the dr office. After taking one capsule of arjuna one time a day for a week, it came down to around 148/80 on average. I then started taking 2 capsules a day and my blood pressure reading yesterday at the doctor's office was 128/68. I have had zero side effects! I'm ordering my second bottle today. Great product.
