Great flavor with bonus nutrients

Generally speaking, nutritional yeast is one of my favorite seasonings and this product did not disappoint. It had a great cheesy flavor, even though it didn't contain any dairy. I really liked sprinkling it on top of popcorn and vegetables. I added it to some baked goods too and it imparted a nice, savory flavor. In addition to having a pleasant taste, it also had added nutrients that made it a nice supplement to have when I needed a way to get vitamins some B12. As a vegan, I'm always making sure that I have some source of B12 in my diet (and it's something for non-vegans to consider as well). It was easy to add the nutritional yeast to just about anything to get both a flavor and nutrient boost. While some nutritional yeast products have a powdery texture, this kind was actual flakes. They almost looked a little like fish food. Don't worry though, they tasted good and I would recommend this product. Whether or not you avoid dairy products, this nutritional yeast is worth trying.

Quality product, versatile %26 healthy

My daughter who is vegan got me to eating nutritional yeast years ago. It's such a great source of b vitamins, has protein and it's low carb. I do keto now, and I'm so happy I can still eat this. There's so many things you can do with it. I think it's tasty just sprinkled on salad or roasted veggies. My daughter makes vegan mac n cheese sauce with it. It's a great way to jazz up popcorn. I sneak it into my grandkids food for added nutrition. It tastes like a fine, nutty cheese. I've used several products from microingredients, and they're all top notch. This is a huge bag. It's resealable and comes with a scoop.

Huge bag, absolutely delicious Nooch!

I've been vegan for over 8 years and Nooch is a staple in my pantry. I've not tried this brand before and am so pleased I was able to give it a try, this stuff is phenomenal!! I don't know if it's because of the organic ingredients but this tastes even better to me than my goto braggs. Perfectly cheesy for your alternative sauces, for baking, sprinkling on salads, pasta, in sandwiches (I often mix with my vegan mayo), just so versatile and good for you! The price seems high but it is comparable to other brands, given that this is a huge 2lb bag, and organic too! Love that they include a nacho cheez recipe on the back and a scoop inside the bag! Definitely will be buying again, though this will last me several months with the size of the bag! Worth giving it a try, I think you'll love it!
