Spectacular Customer Service

I ordered the standard mattress last November and loved the sturdy feel of the bed. Unfortunately the mattress starting going flat after the 6th use…from what I understand very few of these have problems…I spoke with SoundAsleep service about the issue and they took care of the problem immediately by sending me a new upgraded mattress with the 2nd automatic inflation pump at no additional cost. I highly recommend this company and their product as they stand behind it 100%
