Great ingredients and crunchy cinnamon.

These seed thins are made with exciting healthy ingredients that you don’t find elsewhere. The cinnamon flavor is strong. I found they were not a problem for my stomach, which is very sensitive. They are quite crunchy and a little thicker than what I anticipated which is OK. My only negativity about them is they are not very many in a box for the price. Overall, I am happy with them and will buy again whenever I can afford to.

These are great. We eat them all the time and buy them frequently for our family. We have one person who has to eat gluten free, and these cookies are both gluten free and delicious. They are also pretty low in calories, in case some need to cut back. Love 'em.
