Retractable safety gate

Great product! Much better than some other gates we tried previously. Simple design, easy to set up and use. Adults can open/close and lock/unlock with one hand. It stays closed when locked and it's tall enough that toddlers can't reach the lock to open. Very effective for keeping kids safe from stairs.

I put it across the doorway between the living room and the entrance hall in my house so my cat don't dart out the front door if I open it or if somebody knocks on the door. I don't know why I didn't think of it a long time ago, but I didn't. Anyway, it's really nice. I close it up if somebody knocks at the door on my way out to the door, pull it and they stay in there in the living room and it's good

Awesome gate for our house. between the 3 kids ( 18years down to 11 months) and the 2 dogs (65lb pit bil and a 6 pound mini poodle/escape artist) I wasn't sure how well it would hold up but I liked the idea so we tried it and it has surpassed expectations. I will say that if you intend to go through the gate regularly be cautious where you put the floor mounts as they do NOT separate from the gate easily (which is a good thing with kids these days lol) definitely worth the money!
