It’s designed for these unique knives, and includes an extra universal support to ensure compatibility. The jog laps the flat side of the knife, with pin spacing’s of 24, 30, and 38 mm. It’s designed to sharpen the face of the blade, which means it can handle virtually any shape. Like our other knife sharpening jigs, there’s a lot of flexibility when it comes to adjustment and support, but then when you find the perfect position, everything locks down tight to ensure a precise and repeatable sharpening.
