Assuming the vitamin amounts are what is listed, this is a great product. I drop it under my tongue and let it sit for a minute before swallowing. It has almost no taste which is nice. the only negative thing about it is that it drops super slow. Per my doctor I need 4-5 drops of this and sometimes it will take almost 30 seconds to get these (not a big deal but it could be faster).

I’m very happy I was able to buy this on Walmarts website at a good price. This is a good clean vitamin brand from the research. It’s oil rather than a pill so there’s less storage at home. It came wrapped, so nothing would happen to the bottle. I just pop it onto a spoon and take it with food. It’s not messy or oily like some essential oils, but very clean and precise when it comes out of the bottle.
