1. Add. Open the lid and add ice or ice packs/frozen water bottles to the bucket. The more the ice, the colder the water. 2. Fill. Pour pure water into the bucket and securely close the lid. 3. Wear. Place the cold pad on the desired body part and secure it using the attached bandages. It is recommended to place a cloth or towel between the pad and your skin for protection. 4. Connect.
