My grievance with ptal kalai kit
Actually I ordered the item with intention of getting my vessel coated with genuine tin. The guidelines for applying procedure is vague and not clear. Not even mentioned the amount of substance used for it. My effort was waste. My vessel not get coated evenly. I further heated it up but failed. Tin stick completely melted . So by considering my grievance kindly refund the amount or discount for any item such as vessel or pan if I by it. Regards Anitha
