For the price, this thing is amazing. The lights for the fire don't look realistic, but the mantle itself is fantastic for only $70 bucks. We put a tv on top that is way too big, but that's on us. It looks a bit odd, but the item description does say 55" maximum and we put a 75" tv on top of it. Compared to other similar faux-mantle-type of things, this one is so inexpensive. Haven't used the heater function yet. I will say - this does NOT come with paper instructions. It comes with 1 paper with a qr code that leads you to the instructions. That was a bit frustrating to have to use our phone to read the instructions.

Very beautiful product however there are no instructions as previously mentioned. There's no available website link for instructions, you just have to Google it then the instructions themselves are complicated; no words just pictures. When we finally got to the last step, we realize that the heating element was damaged – a bulb inside was broken. Customer service info was hard to find as the phone number on the paperwork it came with no longer receives request over the phone and the website name is different than the company name. The website is actually completely different from what is listed on the paperwork that came with the product. Once we found Dorelhome.com, it was quick and easy from there to request a replacement, however, the replacement was out of stock and now I don't know what's going to happen. They told me to request a refund and return the item, but I've already assembled it and taking it a part would be super hard and inconvenient.
