The day is backwards! The front side, which is obvious because it's the decorated one the J is pointed to the right, not to the left on the base!!!! And supposedly the only way I can return it is to go in town and print a label because I don't have a printer and have FedEx pick it up or take just five dollars for the eight dollars worth of ornaments I purchased ! What a scam !!!

Letter made the wrong direction

Ornaments are made incorrectly. The letter is the opposite direction as should be. If you flip to have the letter facing the correct direction it is foggy and you are not able to use that side.
