My favorite part about these shoes are the insoles. The insoles feel like a supportive thick bouncy gel insole. These shoes are so comfortable that I kept them on all day even after finishing a long hike. The insoles dry quickly so it isn't an issue if they get wet. These keep my feet cool and can easily be worn with or without socks. If you have older kids that prefer their feet to stay cool at school, camp, etc these are a great option. I do like the buckle and elastic because it makes the shoe feel secure plus it's easy to take on/off. My toes have plenty of room. I would say these run true to size. These shoes are flexible, supportive, and are very durable. Highly recommend these, they look and feel great.

My husband has raved about these shoes. They act like a hiking shoe but with the comfort of a sandal. The soles are thick strong rubber for walking in any type of environment. The closed toe protects your feet but it open sides let your feet breath. These are well made and should stand up to a lot of usage. These have easily become my husband's favorite shoes.
