Bosch 24" Speed Oven 500 Series, Stainless Steel HMC54151UC

I originally planned on purchasing a microwave drawer for our kitchen remodel, but when we had to change designs and needed to put the microwave in a tall cabinet I came across the speed ovens. Without the room to do 2 full ovens, I was really excited about the prospect of having an extra convection oven capability for those few times a year when you need to use more than 1 oven at a time. I'm surprised how much we've used the broiler and convection capabilities in the few months that we've had the speed oven. Would definitely recommend to anyone. We have had zero issues.

I purchased these in September; they were delivered in October; and installed in early November. I love the looks of the Bosch appliances and there are so may options for cooking associated with this model. I'm a little intimidated with the options and am just getting the hang of the Power Level feature but I have no doubt this will become my favorite appliance. I love it! And, it is so smart looking!
