Not what I ordered

I ordered a pre-lit tree. The tree I received did not have any lights on it what so ever. I was very disappointed when I set it up. The tree itself is a nice looking tree though. I downsized to a smaller pre-lit tree because I have become disabled and cannot set up my larger tree. I looked up my order and it does say that I ordered the pre-lit one.
