This deck access plate is constructed out of black glass filled polypropylene, and built to withstand the harsh marine environment. Manufacturer calls this a 4" access plate, and measures 6" Dia. overall. Requires an approximate 4 1/8" Dia. cutout, and opening measures 3 3/4" Dia., per manufacturer. Mounts with (4) 1/4" Dia. mounting holes.
