Best neck fan I've tried

This is the best neck fan that I've tried. It's hard to explain what makes it better, but it's just very well-built. It's a flexible silicone that feels nice on the skin, it has 5 speeds and the max is pretty strong, and it also is bladeless so long hair doesn't get caught in it. The button is kind of hard to find, but you once find it it's never a problem again. I would recommend this product 10/10. It also runs pretty quiet, which is a necessity since it's close to your ears.
