I bought this early in the season and feeling like for as many seats as this provides it was a really good value. This arrived when I was out of town and my extremely handy husband began putting it together which took him several hours total, lots of little bolts and screws and he ended up having to go to the hardware store to purchase more screws because the company didn't send enough. I was super disappointed when I got home from my trip and saw these. The body of the set itself is fine enough although it sits slightly lower, but it's the cushions that ruins it for me. I wasn't expecting too much as the price was so much lower than other sets I was looking at, but the fabric on this is super cheap and thin, not canvas and not even an upholstery weight. It is the kind of thin almost plastic-y type fabric you'd see on like a Dollar Store storage tote. The filling in the cushions on the seat portions use foam and are what I expected but the back cushions are barely stuffed and so thin and lightweight, these would never stay on outside. So on top of them looking embarrassingly cheap, and the back cushions being under filled with pillow stuffing instead of a sturdier foam, I'm also going to have to sew blind rings onto the backs of each one and use zip ties to attach to the body. I wouldn't mind doing this if they didn't look and feel super cheap already. At the end of the day, seeing what a pain other customers have had trying to get customer service, I may keep the set and just plan to spend another gob of money on better cushions in a few more years when I can afford it and hope I can find the right configurations. I would have much rather spent a couple hundred more and had decent quality.
