Front Hood Strut - Compatible with 1999 - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee 2000 2001 2002 2003

This strut is an exact replacement and works just fine. However, I ordered the wrong strut at first, as the Parts Geek website is a little confusing. There are three similar struts on this vehicle, one for the main aft hatch, one for the window that's in the hatch, and one for the hood. The nomenclature and descriptions are not clear, and there is no diagram to help out. For example, the words tailgate and hatch are used in random order, sometimes meaning the main hatch and other times meaning the window. I ended up changing all of them anyhow, so no harm done.
