All the tracks here are absolutely terrific, from the stirring opening number,Farewell Andromeda to a later Take Me Home, Country Roads the breakthrough country-pop hit that launched him onto the public stage, from a nice version of Rocky Mountain High his paean to appreciating the beauties of nature and the natural life to a stirring rendition of his Rocky Mountain Suite. His beloved state Colorado adopted Rocky Mountain High as state song in 2007.
