I felt that my scalp was nourished and less irritating, no dryness which was sometimes common before. I also feel that the volume or density of my hair increased. After using it, it felt as if I could visibly see and feel a difference. The scent was also very pleasing to smell and wasn't too overwhelming, which I greatly enjoyed. I was thrilled to see that shampoo and conditioner are both sulfate-free. I color my hair, so this is a must. This set is more expensive than the standard Dove line, but that's because it is sulfate-free and contains Glycerin. It's well worth the price. I would recommend this to my friends.
