Helpful for knees
I have been taking the Mega Food Tumeric Curcumin for joints for years. It helped me within weeks of starting it. I experimented after a couple of years to not taking it to see if it really works. Within two weeks my knees started bothering me. I haven't missed taking it daily since then!
