The Apollo 70-100 series two-piece inline ball valve with an automatic drain is made of bronze and has a latch-lock lever handle and female National Pipe Taper (NPT) threaded connections on both ends. This valve is made of bronze for higher strength and corrosion resistance than brass. This valve is primarily for use in pneumatic applications; it has an automatic drain for releasing air pressure from the pneumatic system to which it is connected. When the valve is in the on position, the drain vent is closed off; when the valve is in the off position, air from the downstream system is vented to the atmosphere. This ball valve has a stainless steel latch-lock lever handle with a stainless steel nut and a vinyl sleeve for manual on/off control.
