Found these by accident. Was given a package from a friend and now I'm hooked. She first received these on an airline flight. I now give them as gifts . Highly recommend as they are really light and delicious with coffee, tea or milk. Crumbled on top of ice cream is also delish.

Used to only have access to these when flying. My granddaughter had some and said she orders them from Walmart. I purchased two boxes and immediately opened one package and ate away. The cookies are fresh as expected tasting just like those distributed by some airlines. The 2/ pack are great to carry in my purse or car for a low blood sugar fix.

The taste is between a ginger and cinnamon. It's a hard cookie so it's almost like a biscotti to dip. It's really delicious and it's price reasonably
